This trailer has been home for a while. I am moving out in the middle of January 2026 (15th) so I decided to put it up for sale now.
There are some issues with the trailer and I adjusted the price to what I feel is a fair price considering that it has a couple issues.
The floors have a couple soft areas and the shower stall will probably need replacing soon. It is patched up for now. The bathroom faucet has a drip .
Those are the main issues. It is being sold as is and anyone who wants to check it over and make their own assement is of course welcome to do so.
It is located in a mobile home park in Eureka and if someone wanted to simply buy the trailer and live at the permanent mobile home park that would certainly be an option. The park charges about $650 per month.
